10:00 -- Judy Randall of the Office of the Legislative Auditor will be the guest to discuss the auditor’s evaluation of the Integration Revenue Program implemented to provide funds to public schools to promote integration.

11:00 -- University of Minnesota Law Professor Dale Carpenter will present his conservative rationale for supporting same-sex marriage.
